Jake leaves his stagnant music career and the grief of his mother's recent passing behind him in Los Angeles for fresh air and a fresher start on a road trip toward the northern mountains of Idaho.
Natalie, having recently returned from years away in New York, is back to her small hometown of Sandy Hollow nestled in the mountains of northern Idaho.
Will Jake be able to find solace in the untamed wilderness when his prospects have seemingly all gone south? And will Natalie be able to face her past and discover what she finds truly fulfilling?
Having led different and complicated lives, these two kindred spirits embark together on a path of healing and self discovery in their own unique ways. But will they be able to find themselves, heal and possibly find love?
