Terms of Service

By purchasing any service or product, subsequently referred to as "package,"  the "client", wherein refers to the person purchasing a package, agrees to Schiek Artistries LLC's and The Nurtured Nest’s Terms and Conditions as follows:

1) Schiek Artistries LLC and The Nurtured Nest does not provide legal or medical advice and is not responsible for any legal or medical affairs that occur before, during, or after a package has been purchased. Schiek Artistries LLC and The Nurtured Nest is not a licensed mental health counsellor nor any other licensed medical professional and is not responsible for any mental health affairs that occur before, during, or after a package has been purchased. Schiek Artistries LLC and The Nurtured Nest provides packages related to life coaching and parent coaching.

2) Refunds to the client can be made upon request within 72 hours of the client's purchase date only if the package was not yet delivered. 
Delivered refers to the scheduled appointment time and/or the time stamp of when a package is posted to the "content" section of a client's homepage within the Nurtured Nest website.

3) A client may request a refund if the package was not delivered to the client within the promised time as described on each individual package details page. 

4) Refunds will not be made after the packages have been delivered to the client through The Nurtured Nest website with exception stated in clause 3).

5) Refunds will not be made for missed live appointments. Additionally, partial refunds will not be made for a client's lateness. 

6) A package will be canceled if the client does not pay the package price in full up to 24 hours before the appointment time and/or delivery time. 

7) Schiek Artistries LLC and The Nurtured Nest reserves the right to change the price of any and all packages at any time without notice. Schiek Artistries LLC and The Nurtured Nest will not change any package price that is currently processing a payment. 

8) By purchasing a package, the client agrees to subscribe to the Schiek Artistries LLC and The Nurtured Nest mailing list. The client reserves the right to unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time. 

9) Schiek Artistries LLC and The Nurtured Nest will keep all private information pertaining to the client confidential. Schiek Artistries LLC and The Nurtured Nest may use general advice inspired from any client package for the purposes of marketing and promotional material. Such marketing and promotional material will never include private details pertaining to any particular client without explicit written permission from the client involved. 

10) Discovery calls are limited to one purchase per client. If a client schedules a second discovery call it will be canceled without notice.
