Hi! My name is Loreal I am a passionate writer, speaker and educator.
In my childhood I grew up in disfunction and abuse and had to learn how to overcome and heal from my past. This has lead me on a journey of broad and interesting life experiences, therapies and education in search of answers, healing and hope.
For college I attended university in both the United Sates as well as Florence Italy at Michelangelo’s art university. I hold a BFA from University of California State Fullerton. I also have multiple certifications in Applied Behavior Analysis, an additional degree in early childhood education and several teaching credentials.
I spent over a decade as an child behavior therapist and worked with a wide variety of families and children learning positive behavior management and parenting technics.
I’ve been an elementary and high school art teacher and love seeing children and young adults grow in confidence and identity through art.
I have a passion for music and have been teaching piano lessons for 25 years on the side and full time!
In my own life journey I had seven years of infertility and miscarriages and had to heal physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
I survived a terminal stage 4 cancer diagnosis. Through these challenges I developed my sacred womb healing. This became key to my own healing, recovery and ultimately being able to carry and birth two children.
I am extremely passionate about sharing what I learn because when we know better we can do better. I use a blend of psychology, art therapy, guided meditation and muscle tapping for my work so you connect with your mind, heart, body and spirit at the same time to clear blockage and connect with your own inner spirit and power.
I have a full, beautiful life that has taken me many years of working through my trauma, inner child, and embracing the uniquely me and I can’t wait to share more with you.

My family was part of Bill Gothard’s church and it took my a lot of years to understand and deconstruct that happened to me by the church.
I was the first person in my family to go to college and get several degrees.
I’ve taught classical piano lessons for almost three decades
I worked as a Behavior Therapist for a decade.
I worked as a social worker for several years
I was a junior high and high school teacher for many years.
I’ve successfully potty trained 400 toddlers and children
I had seven miscarriages and spent years finding answers and healing
I am the mother to 2 beautiful children
I was diagnosed with a rare stage 4 cancer and given only 6 months to live. I underwent experimental surgery and treatment to recover and ten years later I’m still here.

I’m a teacher and a writer now and am excited to share what I’ve learned and come alongside you on your own life journey.
As women we work to cultivate and nurture our home or nest thus Nurtured Nest was born.

I earned the nickname “The Potty Training Whisperer” after successfully potty training over 400 toddlers. I’ve spent the better part of two decades professionally working with children and families in a wide variety of capacities. Be that in the classroom, direct ABA therapy, hospitals, homes and my own children.
With these experiences I’ve had the honor and privilege to help a broad spectrum of toddlers and beyond to become toilet independent.

I have personally potty trained over 400 children and have a vast experience and knowledge on this topic. Sometimes what you are struggling with is not in the books so a personalized session might be the answer.
This session is completely catered to you, I offer thoughtful and practical advice and encouragement making you feel empowered and ready to go!
This is a live 30 minute google meet where you get to ask questions and we work together to come up with the perfect plan for you, your home and your toddler to get them successfully toilet trained.
This session will include:
Live 30 minute one on one session catered to you through google meet.
Getting your questions answered.
An analyzed assessment of your problem.
A individualized plan perfect for you and your toddler.
A plan of action for you to implement.
Summary of our session and written plan of action steps emailed to you following the meeting.
This is good for pre-potty training or if your toddler just isn’t successful yet and you need help trouble shooting.
If you have been feeling creatively blocked, struggling with infertility, chronic illness, disharmony within your female energy or want to do some inner child work this session is for you. When your womb is unblocked you can then access your full futility potential and feminine power source.
I spent thousands of hours reading dozens of books and more money then I care to admit trying to find a cure to my infertility. I developed this method by connecting mind, body, heart and spirit into a powerful session of insight and healing. After doing this for myself I was able to conceive my daughter one month later at 39 years old.
In the session I utilize mediation, visualization, art therapy and muscle tapping to help you connect with yourself on a deep level. You will get to the root of the problem!
Each session is approximately one hour
The sessions are live and guided with me through google meet.
You will receive a post session journaling prompts to help you continue your journey.
